If you are excited and ready to proceed, we just need to a get a few items out of the way:
Can you pass a background check
Can you pass a drug screen
Can you work solo and in team
Have a car, valid driver’s license and insurance (we reimburse mileage)
Now for the fun part:
We have paid training. $15 per hour plus split tips with trainer
Weekly Bonuses (arriving on time, great attitude and cleaning per our system)
Bonuses for 5-star cleanings
Bonuses for converting one-time cleanings
Tips – keep 100% of your tips. (we have an app that makes this easy for the client)
Most of our engaged techs make between $ 600 and $800 per week.
EZ Access MD – 24/7 365 days per year access to board certified doctor
Work hours – M-F 7:30 to 5:00, some Saturdays, if you are a mom and need a slightly different schedule, we can be flexible.
PTO – paid time off accruing with your first hour worked
