About the Role:
Join Merry Maids of North County San Diego as a Residential Housekeeper and be part of a dedicated team that transforms homes into sparkling havens. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Organize and tidy living spaces to enhance the overall aesthetic of the home.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as needed.
