Description of the working position:

Professionally clean clients' homes using Merry Maids unique cleaning procedures and products. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures to clean customers' homes
  • Use the equipment provided, including vacuums and microfiber cleaning cloths
  • Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
  • Possibility of cleaning floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Vacuum all stairs, carpets, hard surface floors and furniture
  • Move all reasonably mobile furniture to clean under and behind
  • Bring all cleaning supplies and equipment to and from clients' offices, vehicles, and homes.
  • Help keep supplies in storage and maintain equipment
  • Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant demeanor and contribute to the overall team effort, including being consistent, dependable, and punctual
  • You have respect and understanding for co-workers and clients.

Ratings:

  • Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
  • Possibility to read the cleaning instructions.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of the team
  • Ability to withstand regular physical contact with cat and dog hair, mold, dust, mold, and cleaning solutions.
  • Ability to drive to and from various job sites.
